Deliveries
Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing them, with delivery in 2 working days with DPD.
Delivery costs
We subsidise shipping costs to the following:
- Republic of Ireland:
- €5.99 with DPD For orders under €100
- Free delivery for orders over €100
Taxes and charges
Additional taxes and charges may be applicable to orders leaving Ireland. The customer is responsible for the charges in full.
Packaging
We use minimal packaging while also making sure that your items arrive in perfect condition. We pack plastic-free - using cardboard boxes and paper tape. We re-use packaging we receive (which is also plastic-free - we don't accept plastic in our supply chain).

Returns
We do our very best to ensure that your items reach you in perfect condition. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to resolve any issues.
If there's no issue but you've just changed your mind, you can return any unused item in exchange for either what you paid for the item, or an alternative item. EU law allows 14 days to tell us you want to return it, and a further 14 days to get the item to us. To submit a return contact us at hello@jiminy.ie. Refunds will be processed when the item is returned in original condition. Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
